Imagination will help you to experience a guided improvisation with lots of techniques and qualities. We will dive into some repertoire of new work, called ‘Groeipijn’. Eef’s movement language is influenced by choreographers she worked with. Evelien ‘Eef’ is a Dutch freelance dancer and choreographer. She graduated at the Urban/Contemporary department of the Academy of Theatre and Dance in Amsterdam. Eef joined Hofesh Shechter Company II, and KOMOCO led by Sofia Nappi. Furthermore she worked with companies and choreographers such as Humanhood, Anne Suurendonk, Faizah Grootens, Dalton Jansen, Ruben Chi, Lotem Regev, Jason Mabana and Heidi Vierthaler. Eef is experienced providing workshops with Hofesh Shechter Company, KOMOCO and teaches workshops at Codarts, Academy of Theatre and Dance Amsterdam, Fontys and abroad.
